Spring 2003 UROP Position: Computational Neuroscience

Faculty Supervisor: Sebastian Seung

The project involves construction of an artificial vocal apparatus for the simulation of birdsong. This device will be used as part of a neural model of birdsong learning. Applicants should have basic experience in machining, electronics, and programming. Background in fluid dynamics, signal processing, and neuroscience is also welcomed.
